"BAX Group" - Varna , is
representing the united family of the firms:
"BAX CAR" - ltd and "BAX TRADE" - ltd, which
major sphere of activity since the moment of
their Creation is selling transport
vehicles, spare parts, consummatives and
service maintaining.
"BAX CAR" ltd was created in 1992 and starts
it's activity as dealer of the official
importer of FIAT automobiles for Bulgaria
"VANTO TRADE" ltd - Sophia. On the 8th of
March 1992 "BAX CAR" - ltd opened the first
specialized auto saloon in Varna. through
the period 1992 - 1998 we sold over 650
automobiles.
1993 We were one of the first firms to
propose leasing schemes. We gained a lot of
experience in that area through the years
passed and we have over 240 automobiles and
trucks sold this way.
In 1994 we started business relationship
with IVECO S.p.A. Same year we organized the
first sales of IVECO Daily vans.
1995 we signed direct dealer contract with
IVECO S.p.A. At the moment we are offering a
full range of IVECO trucks, variable
superstructures è trailers, warrantee and
non warrantee service , leasing from 1 to 5
years, re buying the trucks from our
costumers and other services. We created
"BAX TRADE" - ltd in 1995. in order to
specialize in trucks sealing and in the
leasing activity of IVECO.
Since 1992 , paralelly with automobiles
sling, we develop spare parts supply. At the
moment we offer spare parts for FIAT,
LANCIA, ALFA ROMEO, IVECO, MAN, M.B.,
Knorr&Bremse, Wabco, BPW è SAF -
manifacturers of trailer axles. Besides
original spare parts we trade with parts by
Italian , German and other manifacturers as
: Technocar - car, trucks and tractors
filters, ContiTech - straps, CATI - brake
cylinders and over 20 more manufacturers of
spare parts and accessories for automobiles
and trucks. We have in stock a wide range of
the most wanted spare parts, also
consignation stores for FIAT, IVECO, SAF. We
supply spare parts on demand.
Since 1993 "BAX CAR" - ltd possesses a firm
service, where tresh repairs mostly to FIAT
, LANCIA , ALFA ROMEO automobiles, trucks
IVECO , MAN , M.B. ,SCANIA and others., also
trailers and semi-trailers. The service
works with recommendations of the
manifacturers ,possesses original service
literature, specialized instruments and
constantly educating courses for the
personal are provided which is a guarantee
for quality repair.
Since 1997 "BAX TRADE" - ltd offers oils and
lubricating materials, fabricated by FIAT
Lubrificanti. 1999 we signed direct contract
with them for official distribution FIAT
Lubrificanti / (FL Selenia) products.
In 2004 we relocated our service center at
Varna, 181-b, Slivnitza Str.. The service is
equipped with modern equipment and
specialists passed through many
qualifications . We own duty free zone for
motor vehicles.
In 2004 We signed pre-contract for
partnership with BOSCH. At the moment we
posses the full kit diagnostic equipment of
BOSCH. Soon we are about to enlarge our
service base and store department.
Since 5.2005 we started developing Loctite
products sales. We are starting distribution
of Pastorino tools, RAVagnioli equipment and
others. We are planning development of our
service base and realizing sales in the new
and used construction machinery through the
next two years. |
